Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – A man in Albuquerque was arrested Thursday after hiding in the bathroom of a nursing facility. This is the seventh arrest of 31-year-old Christopher Sidler since April 2021.

Police responded to Montgomery’s Chick-fil-A call for trespassing. According to criminal accusations, he fled the police when the police approached Sidler, who stood next to the building. Sidler came across Genesis Healthcare nearby and barricaded in the bathroom.

According to his release, police were able to arrest Sidler about an hour after Sidler hid in the bathroom. Police found a bag of methamphetamine in Sidler’s possession. He also had a positive warrant for his arrest warrant because he did not report to the pre-trial service of the previous case.

According to authorities, Sidler has six felony cases, including possession of controlled substances, distribution of controllers or counterfeit substances, exacerbation of assault by lethal weapons, and multiple counts of intrusions and intrusions.

According to police, Mr. Sidler will appear in front of a judge in the Metropolitan Court in the near future.
