Happy Friday! Below average temperatures will continue today and tomorrow, but there will be plenty of blue skies and sunshine. The storm system has a thunderstorm near the border and overtakes us north. Hail has also been identified in Robeson County, but these storms actually blow in the afternoon.
Today is hot and refreshing in the mid-1970s, but the region will return to the 1980s on Sunday. On weekends, the sun and clouds are mixed here and there.
On Mondays, the humidity rises prior to the cold front. This could cause a shower or thunderstorm at midnight on Monday. It dries on Tuesday and the temperature returns to the 70’s. The storm system offers another chance of rain on Wednesday, keeping temperatures below normal. The shower lasts until Thursday.
