Lululemon Athleteica Inc., a Canadian athletic apparel retailer, has promoted Meghan Frank to Chief Financial Officer from November 23rd.
Frank will be the company’s first female CFO. In that role, she is responsible for the company’s finances, taxation, finances, investor relations, asset protection, facilities, outstanding operations and strategic functions.
With over 20 years of retail experience, Frank joined Lululemon for the first time in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics. She has been Interim Co-CFO since April and is Alex Grieve, Vice President and Controller of the company.
Frank was previously Vice President of Product Planning at Ross Stores and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Corporate Planning for J. Crew. She has also served as Director of Saks Fifth Avenue, Director of Special Projects, Product Planning, and Bluefly Product Planning.
Calvin McDonald, Chief Executive Officer of Lululemon, said:

This appointment is the latest in recent hires from the company. In early November, the company joined the executive team by appointing adidas executive Andre Maestrini as Executive Vice President of International. Stacia Jones as Vice President, Global Head of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA). Celeste Bergoin has been promoted to become the first executive to serve at the presidential level in her role as head of the Americas and Global Guest Innovation Team.
