Virginia Beach, Virginia (WAVY) —Police arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery at a Virginia Beach residence over the weekend.

According to Virginia Beach police, Kimon Tadavaris Hall, 23, in Portsmouth has been charged with trespassing and invasion with the intention of committing a felony and using firearms on consignment of the felony.

The city’s emergency call was called around 12:15 am on Saturday, reporting that an armed person attempted to break into a house in 3800 blocks of the Bowsprit Circle.

Police officers responded by stopping vehicles that they believed were involved in the incident. I was about to leave a complicated parking lot.

Police officers looked at the firearms in the car and detained the driver identified as a hall.

Police said initial investigations revealed that Hall was armed when he forcibly invaded the residence of his acquaintance.

No injuries have been reported.

Police arrested the hall and took him to Virginia Beach City Prison.
