Man arrest and charged with first-degree murder in Robeson County – Florence, South Carolina

Maxton, NC (WBTW) — A member of the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man, among other allegations, on Sunday morning and charged him with one murder.

At around 9:42 pm on Saturday, December 12, lawmakers responded to Maxton’s O’Quinn Road 1300 block in connection with the shooting of the dwelling.

Agents were sent to the Scottish Memorial Hospital for two individuals shot dead in Maxton’s B & C lane while talking to the victims, the report said.

Roland’s Taryl Miningan, 25, and Tycuan Beard, 25, were reportedly taken to the Scottish Memorial Hospital by Minigun’s girlfriend. Miningan reportedly died of an injury after arriving at the hospital, and Beard is in a stable condition.

According to the report, Maxton’s Zachary R. Butler, 20, was arrested and charged in connection with both shootings.

Butler has been reportedly charged with two counts: primary murder, attempted primary murder, assault with deadly weapons aimed at serious injury, and release of weapons into occupied dwellings.

Butler was detained in Robeson County Detention Center and was not detained for one murder, but was granted $ 350,000 secured detention for the remaining crimes.

The shooting itself is the result of an ongoing controversy and investigations are ongoing.

The Murder Division of the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting.
