Police have arrested a man accused of randomly attacking two tourists from New Hampshire who visited Miami Beach, Florida last month.
Michael Albert, 36, was arrested in Miami-Dade County on Wednesday morning after Miami Beach police received hints from the public.
Albert is facing a deteriorating battery charge associated with the April 30 incident near Collins Avenue and the 9th Avenue bus stop.
According to police, victims identified as Joshua Clarkson and Angela Dill of New Hampshire were walking on the sidewalk when Albert, who was sitting on a bus bench, got up and attacked them for no apparent reason. It was.
According to incident reports, Clarkson closed his fists and was hit on his head and face 9-10 times, causing multiple bruise and lip cuts, requiring seams. Dill was also hit on the face and his left eye was swollen.
