Tulsa, Oklahoma-Christian Cooke is a free man and will no longer be charged with fatally stabbing Tulsa Taco Bell in 2019.
A jury in Tulsa County has found him innocent of manslaughter. Manslaughter can result in imprisonment of up to four years. Wednesday’s acquittal will occur on the 51st and almost two years after the incident near Yale.
Officer says Cook has entered Fight T’Challa Davis After he dropped his wife at work there. According to police, Christian Cooke and Davis were in a fight in the bathroom and Cooke was beaten quite badly. His swollen face is evident in his mugshot. According to police, Cook got up and went out of Taco Bell after gathering.
In the video footage, Davis can be seen walking towards Cook with his arms sideways. Cook pulls out a large knife and stabs Davis into his upper body. Cook then left the scene and was arrested on the 51st and near Skelly.
A paramedic took Davis to the hospital, where he later died.
