NS. Louis (KMOV.com)-A man shot dead in downtown St. Louis was dropped off at a local hospital on Thursday night.

The man was shot in the leg at Lucas’ 1100 block shortly after 8 pm and returned. After arriving at the hospital, he was listed in a dangerous and stable condition.

The nearby alley was filled with police tape, criminal laboratory trucks, and shell casings shortly after the shooting. El Burro owner Sebastian Montes said he heard a shot from inside the restaurant. Last year he told News 4 that he saw at least one shooting or firing a week.

“I’m always dissatisfied with the restaurant, but it’s not a parking lot. Many people hang out in the parking lot late at night after it closes,” Montes said. It doesn’t seem to be a restaurant. There is no security in the parking lot, so I would like to put some sign in the parking lot indicating who is in charge of this place. “

Police are conducting additional patrols in downtown areas and are enforcing curfew.
