Nashville, Tennessee (WKRN) —Two men were charged after an armed robbery in Madison on Tuesday night. Meanwhile, police said the victim was struck by a gun and forced to take off all clothes.
Police responded to a homeless camp in Gallatin Pike North near Old Dry Creek Road, reporting that the man had been robbed of his clothes and cell phone, according to Metro police.
The detective determined that when a man approached two men and one of them pointed his gun at him and demanded his belongings, he was out of the homeless camp. According to investigators, the man was forced to take off his jacket, trousers and shoes.
According to police, the man ran across the street to a gas station, where he called 911.
Police officers found and arrested two men suspected of being armed robbers, identified in court documents as Raymond Black and Charles Hunt. Both men were booked in Metro Prison early Wednesday morning on suspicion of exacerbated robbery.
The black bond was set at $ 100,000 and the hunt was held on a $ 175,000 bond.
Booked photos of both men were not immediately released by the Metro Police.
