ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – The leader of an armed robbery plot across the city and county pleaded guilty on Wednesday.
Lloyd Wings, 41, pleaded guilty to seven armed robbers, two gun-wielding to encourage crimes, and one armed robbery plot in federal court. Judge Ronnie L. White sentenced him on September 14th at 11:00 am.
The court has recorded five co-defendants with Wings of the state who have colluded to commit a series of armed robbery in the city of St. Louis since July 2018. The group allegedly planned to enter the business with guns and demand money and goods from employees.
The group reportedly committed six armed robbers between August 31st and September 10th, 2018.
