A man shot dead near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania campus on Saturday morning was a resident of Homewood South. The Indiana County coroner identified the victim as Jaedyn Wright, 20, of Rosedale Street. Wright has been confirmed to be a third year student at IUP. and he was taken to a local hospital where he later died Isaiah Moore, 20, and Isabella Edmonds, 17, were charged with criminal homicide, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft by illegal taking. Edmonds has been charged as an adult and police are asking the public for help in locating Moore and two other suspects. They have been described as being in their early twenties. A man shot and killed near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania campus on Saturday morning was a resident of Homewood South.

The Indiana County coroner identified the victim as Jaedyn Wright, 20, of Rosedale Street. Wright was confirmed to be a third year student at IUP.

Indiana Borough Police found the man unresponsive in a private parking lot on Oakland Avenue around 4 a.m.

Officers said the victim sustained gunshot wounds to the upper body.

First responders carried out rescue measures and he was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Isaiah Moore, 20, and Isabella Edmonds, 17, have been charged with felony homicide, robbery, conspiracy to commit theft and conspiracy to commit illegal theft.

Edmonds was charged as an adult.

Police are asking the public for help in locating Moore and two other suspects. They have been described as being in their early twenties.
