Maryland police continue to investigate how Megabass capsized with I-95 on Sunday morning, causing minor injuries to 27 passengers.

According to police, the bus was in the right lane of the freeway when the bus driver turned the freeway to prevent it from colliding with other vehicles. The driver then lost control of the bus and capsized shortly before 7am at Kingsville near the Bradshaw and Rafel roads.

Forty-seven people were traveling by bus and 27 were injured in the accident. Fifteen people were taken to the hospital because of an injury. After the accident, fire departments and emergency medical services in Baltimore and Harford counties responded to the scene.

Maryland police said Monday that driving injuries and inattentive driving were not the cause of the accident. There were no criminal accusations related to the accident and no deaths. According to police, the crash is under investigation.
