A new study suggests that a Mediterranean diet rich in extra virgin olive oil and plant-based foods can reduce a woman’s risk of breast cancer by almost 70%. Spanish researchers tracked women between the ages of 60 and 80. People who mainly eat plants, fish, and olive oil seemed to * significantly * reduce their chances of breast cancer.
