Men accused in Wisconsin triple homicide plead not guilty – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Lacrosse, Wisconsin (AP) – Two men acquitted in July for three murders in western Wisconsin.

44-year-old Khamthaneth Rattanasack and 33-year-old Nya Thao have each been charged with three single intentional murders and one felony of possession of a firearm.

They have been accused of shooting three men in execution style outside the entrance to the Wisconsin quarry.

Friday’s suspect waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

If convicted, both face life imprisonment.

The bodies of 24-year-old Peng Lor, 24-year-old Nemo Yang, and 23-year-old Trevor Maloney were found outside the Romskog quarry near West Salem on July 23.

West Salem is about 14 miles (23 km) northeast of Lacrosse on the Minnesota border.
