Wichita, Kang (AP) — A man charged with killing a Wichita guard on QuikTrip is tested for psychic abilities.

Attorney Jeremy Coup asks for Laroy Monzel West’s evaluation, he May 5 The death of 39-year-old Will Robinson.

Judge Bruce Brown of the Sedgwick County District Court granted his defense request on Tuesday.

According to police, Robinson was shot after being escorted from QuikTrip because West was causing a turmoil. West’s proceedings will be suspended until the ability assessment is complete.
