Mercedes-AMG has provided GT 4-Door with a series of light updates to help dodge it. Porsche Panamera, Its cross-town rival. Changes made in 2022 include design adjustments, in-car technology improvements, and suspension upgrades.

AMG has also added three colors to its palette called Spectral Blue Metallic, Spectral Blue Mango, and Cashmere White Mango. The last two feature a matte finish. The AMG Night Package II includes dark chrome and black accents, allowing you to combine a night package with a carbon fiber package.
The new 20-inch and 21-inch wheel designs complement the additional colors. Inside, there are additional color combinations (shown in the gallery, such as gray and black leather upholstery with yellow contrast stitching), a redesigned steering wheel, and additional trim options (such as open pore wood). It is mainly added to the GT configurator. If you have 3 or more friends, you’re in luck. A rear bench for 3 people is now available in the United States.
If you see the 2022 GTs parked side by side, you may not be able to tell the difference between the 2022 GTs and the 2021s right away, but if you drive back to back, you’ll know which one is newer. AMG has redesigned the standard air suspension system to extend the gap between comfort and performance. Engineers have added a pressure limiting valve in particular, so there are now two. One controls the rebound and the other controls the compression. Doubling the valve is said to widen the gap between comfort and sport as the GT will be able to adjust the suspension system more accurately. This technology, called AMG Ride Control +, also suppresses body roll.
AMG did not make any major mechanical changes to the 6-cylinder GT. Called 43, Entry level model Powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter in-line 6-cylinder engine, it is rated at 362 horsepower and torques at 369 lb-ft. The next version, named 53, has made six evolutions with 429 horsepower and 384 lb-ft tap torque. Both engines rotate four wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission and AMG’s performance-tuned 4Matic all-wheel drive system.Mild hybrid Technology helps maintain Fuel economy Check it out and make both GTs a little better.
