Nashville, Tennessee (WSMV)-Metro Nashville police arrested a man on Thursday on suspicion of murdering a vehicle due to poisoning.
According to police, 44-year-old Stephen L. Hall was charged with murdering a vehicle due to drunkenness after a fatal accident that killed a female passenger on January 23.
