Nashville, Tennessee (WKRN) — The Metro Nashville Police Department has released a body camera footage of a police officer showing the minutes leading up to the downtown explosion on Christmas morning.

The video shows a body camera footage worn by Police Officer Michael Sipos, one of the police officers for the Second Avenue scene near Commerce Street. The footage begins at 6:14 am and you can hear the RV’s “Evacuate Now” recording in the background.

Approximately four minutes after the video, an explosion is heard and a police officer approaches the scene.

Officer Sipos was one of several officers working to evacuate the area. In the video, he instructs the inhabitants to leave the area and escape the explosion.

Authorities have identified 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner as responsible for the Friday explosion. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the detective was able to match Warner’s DNA from the scene to his hat and gloves.

FBI agents said Warner’s RV identification number played a major role in the investigation process and was clearly consistent with his.

Authorities are examining whether paranoia over 5G technology has influenced Warner’s motives.
