Midland County lawmakers are looking for a man they believe is responsible for shooting three people.

Parliamentarians responded to a call for obstruction on the 1200 block of ECR ​​124 around 2 am on Sunday. Upon arrival, lawmakers found three gunshot victims. According to a news release, everyone was declared dead on the scene.

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office has identified 23-year-old Kevin Martinez as prime suspect. Lawmakers say he fled the scene before they could get there.

On Monday, MCSO identified three victims of deadly shootings.

Victims were identified as 23-year-old James Davidson, 29-year-old Walter Ayala, and 35-year-old Gilbert Tapia Lopez. All three victims were from Midland.

Three Capital Murder Warrants have been issued to Martinez. For now, Martinez remains large.
