Milwaukee Police investigating at least four shootings from Saturday, four injured – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Milwaukee police have been investigating at least four shootings since Saturday, each injuring one.

The first shooting occurred at about 1:25 am on 6000 blocks north 62nd Avenue near West Florist Avenue. A 40-year-old Milwaukee man suffered a life-threatening injury. The shooting was the result of a quarrel and police are looking for a known suspect.

The second shooting occurred at about 4:15 am on West Appleton Avenue 7,000 blocks near West Nash Street. A 34-year-old man was injured without any loss of life. Police are currently identifying the events that led to the shooting and are looking for an unidentified suspect.

The third shooting occurred before 9:50 am at 1500 blocks on West Rogers Street near South 15. A 19-year-old Milwaukee man suffered a life-threatening injury and went to the hospital on his own for treatment. Police are currently investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting and are pursuing an unidentified suspect.

The fourth shooting occurred at about 2:50 pm on the 2100 block of West Capitol Drive near North Tutonia Avenue. A 15-year-old girl in Milwaukee was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police are currently investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting and are pursuing an unidentified suspect.
