The contract detailed some of Akau’s actions, including impersonating a police officer during an armed robbery using badges obtained while working on “Hawaii 5-0.”

Akau also admitted that he was about to pull the trigger when he hit outside the Sand Island lunch spot, but was stopped by another person because he didn’t remove the GPS tracker from the subject’s car.

When asked about Jonathan Fraser HitAkau, a central part of the Miske case, said he opted out because Fraser was a “child.”

Akau pleaded guilty to several federal crimes in June. The judicial transaction offers up to 20 years in federal prison and a fine of no more than $ 250,000.
