Omaha, NebraskaKMTV)-Omaha is back. The College World Series is back. Mississippi is back. And that means the 2018 Internet Sensation, and MSU superfan Terry Powell is back.
This year he is using his infamy to raise money PACE, an athletic organization for children started by Omaha police officers In 2005.
After meeting him for the first time three years ago, Powell’s Shenanigan at CWS spread by word of mouth. He told KMTV reporters that he had sold his prosthesis on Craigslist to allow his “wife’s boyfriend” to participate in the series.
Powell is back in 2019 with more jokes and wild stories. He also used his internet stardom to raise money for a charity for Alzheimer’s disease that year.

This year, Powell is back again and comes to town with an auctioned prosthesis to raise money for PACE.
Powell told 3NewsNow photojournalist Kevin Rempe that he plans to hold an auction through his Twitter account starting around 6 pm Thursday.
