Yosemite National Park, California (KFSN) –Beer made in Mariposa and Oakhurst is poured in Yosemite National Park.

“We are very excited about that. It has been a dream for my husband for many years. He actually worked at a mountain room restaurant when he was 19 years old before going to the Navy. He dreamed of seeing the other side of the trail. Going to a bar and one day putting his beer over there, “said Hanna Wackerman of the 1850 Brewing Company.

Hannah Wackerman and her husband, Jake, run a brewing company and restaurant founded in 1850 in Mariposa.

The new Mist Trail Hazy IPA is poured into the curry bar.

White Wolf Beer is served in the Yosemite Valley Mountain Room.

“We have White Wolf Berry Wheat, named after Jake’s grandmother’s favorite place in the world, White Wolf, which means she’s actually been responsible for housekeeping in Awahnee for many years. “Wackerman said.

Oakhurst’s Southgate Brewing Company is a popular spot for craft beer lovers. Glacier Point pale ales are now available in mountain rooms.

“Yosemite is one of the reasons we are here, or many, and drinking such a special beer in such a special place is a dream come true,” said Southgate Brewing Company. Casey Hawkins said.
The owner says he is grateful for the partnership.

Last year was a tough year, but they feel positive about their business.

South Gate is considering adoption.

“It’s really exciting to see all the visitors coming back, including those from abroad,” said Lindsay Hawkins. That’s why we’ve seen so many businesses.

Park officials say they are happy to support local businesses and look forward to sharing beer with visitors around the world.

Have a refreshing beer in a breathtaking place.
