Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (WBTW) — A man in Myrtle Beach. Shooting Saturday night in an apartment building According to a warrant obtained by News13, he shot the victim during the discussion.

According to Warrant, Jamakion Kyleme Spivey, 19, at Myrtle Beach, was called by his family to an apartment complex. Spivey allegedly quarreled with the victim and shot him in his stomach.

Police responded to Sandy Gate Village Apartments on Saturday at around 11:30 pm after local police heard gunshots, the agency said. One was taken to the hospital before the police arrived. Their status is unknown.

Spivey was arrested and charged with attempted murder, possession of weapons during a violent crime, and simple possession of marijuana.
