NASA tested a new moon rocket in Mississippi, and it ignited only a little

NASA conducted a second major test of the powerful New Moon rocket, but this time it ignited only slightly.

The Space Launch System (SLS) Core Stage Test will hold a powerful machine in place while the engine is starting at NASA’s Coastal Mississippi test site late Thursday afternoon (March 18). It was done in the designed facility. This test marked the end of the eight-stage “green run” of the SLS main rocket. It is designed to show its space value and is theoretically ready for a real test launch.
