Nelson Produce Farm in Valley has been in business for over 10 years. In 2019, they decided to open to the public.
“We always say we’re a real farm,” said owner Pam Nelson.
They have fine-tuned people’s experiences, but they do not intend to deviate from the roots of the actual farm.
“Our goal is not to make it bigger in the sense of more space, but to refine and improve what we do,” Nelson said.
Admission is $ 7. Free admission for children under 2 years old.
You can choose and purchase seasonal agricultural products such as fresh strawberries. Currently, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash and jalapeno are also ready for harvest.
