Las Vegas (KTNV) —This week, a man arrested on suspicion of 43 sex crimes was arrested by the Nevada Fugitive Task Force, a US federal security officer said in a press release.
Gordon Golding took off his ankle monitor, did not appear in court in Phoenix, Arizona, and did not respond to the charges, officials said. He fled to South Lake Tahoe, California, where he was tracked and arrested by the Nevada USMS Fugitive Task Force.
According to the press release, “Gold used his position as a kickboxing instructor to establish a relationship with a minor girl and then engaged in multiple sexual acts.”
Among the 43 counts for Golding are sexual abuse, sexual voyeurism, sexual activity with minors, and involvement of minors in drug crimes.
The 56-year-old is handed over to Arizona.
The USMS Fugitive Task Force includes members of various state-wide law enforcement agencies working “coordinated to arrest dangerous and violent fugitives.”
