Kufin Karoo was asked to be assaulted by police during the shooting
Portland, Oregon (KOIN) —Some more details were revealed about the death of a 27-year-old man in the early morning of October 17 in a shooting by an adjutant in Vancouver.
The Southwest Washington Independent Investigation Response Team has identified the members involved and The reason that led to the shooting of Kfin Karuo.
According to officials, an arrest warrant was issued to Karuo on September 29 on suspicion of assault. That night, Caro allegedly pointed his gun at the driver of the parking lot on 11320 NE49th Street.
At around 2:30 am on October 17, Congressmen David Delin and Forest Gonzalez tried to stop Caro’s car near 122 northeast and 49 northeast, according to investigators. Karoo pointed his gun at his agent before they fired, officials said. According to SWIIR, he escaped from the car, but died a short distance away, with a gun in his hand and a finger triggered.
Delin and Gonzalez are currently on leave until the results of a standard procedure survey are available.
