Albuquerque, New Mexico (KRQE) – 41st season, New Mexico Gay Men’s Chorus Presenting their next major performance called Naked Man. The performance is a cycle of 16 songs about the life of a gay man and the courage to love without shyness.

Naked Man, a collection of songs, was written in the 1990s by composer Robert Seely and scriptwriter Philippe Ritter. “The New Mexico Gay Men’s Chorus is honored to bring this piece to New Mexico for the first time,” said Aaron Howe, NMGMC Artistic Director.

Howe says the performance is not nude. “It’s about stripping off the layers that were developed when the gay community gradually became accepted in the world. It’s about accepting and loving your full self as you do,” Howe said. Told.

In addition to NakedMan, the audience call is also expected to allow soloists to sing a variety of songs, as well as sing small orchestras and dancers.
