  • A woman in her 80s from Bernarillo County. The individual had a fundamental condition and was a resident of the Princeton Place facility in Albuquerque.
  • A man in his 80s from Bernarillo County. The individual was a resident of the Hildale House facility in Albuquerque.
  • A man in his 80s from Cibola County. The individual was hospitalized and was a resident of the Good Sumaritan Association of Grants.
  • A woman in her 50s from Doña Ana County. The individual was hospitalized and had a fundamental condition.
  • A woman in her 100s from Doña Ana County. The individual was a resident of the Good Sumaritan Society facility in Las Cruces.
  • A man in his 50s from Eddy County. The individual was hospitalized.
  • A woman in her 70s from Grant County. The individual was hospitalized.
  • A man in his 70s from Luna County. The individual was hospitalized and had a fundamental condition. The individual was a resident of Deming’s Mimbres Memorial Nursing Home.
  • A man in his 60s from Roosevelt County. The individual was hospitalized and had a fundamental condition.
  • A man in his 50s from Santa Fe County. The individual was hospitalized and had a fundamental condition.
  • A man in his 40s. The individual was hospitalized and was a prisoner of the New Mexico Correctional Office at the Guadalupe County Correctional Facility.

The death toll of New Mexico residents associated with COVID-19 is currently 2,807.

In addition to death, the state reported 1,151 additional COVID-19 cases. As of Wednesday, New Mexico reported a total of 159,119 cases.

KOB 4 determined that there were 10.2% positive results for the tests analyzed in Wednesday’s report from the state.

The state reports that 702 people are currently being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals. This number may include individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 outside the state but are hospitalized in New Mexico.

As of Wednesday, there were 81,603 COVID-19 cases designated as recovered by the New Mexico Department of Health.
