Santa Ana, California 2020-11-19 14:59:40 –
At 3:26 am on Thursday, November 19, 2020, Orange County Fire Department (OCFA) officials responded to a call for a brush fire along the Santa Ana Riverbed Trail. 3000 blocks on West First Street. Firefighters found a small fire in a shrub forest that was soon extinguished.
The partially burned body of the deceased man was then placed in a shrub forest. SAPD was notified of the suspicious death and the SAPD murder investigator undertook the investigation.
The situation surrounding the death of a man is currently under investigation. The identity of the man remains unknown until identified by the Orange County Coroners Office.
Detectives are trying to identify and find witnesses who can shed light on this incident.
