Fulton, Texas — The town of Fulton encourages visitors to come to the newly rebuilt fishing pier, which anglers consider to be a good fishing hotspot.
The old pier was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey in 2017, but the new and improved pier is 1,200 feet long and contains LED fishing lights that are ideal for night fishing.
Rockport-Fulton residents Jennifer Park, Teresaot, and friend Steve were fishing on the pier when they landed this giant black drum around 10 pm on November 2.
Park told the Rockport-Fulton Chamber of Commerce that he was on the far left of the pier when he caught the drums.
The pier is next to the Fulton Convention Center – Paws and Taws and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The wharf donation fee is $ 5 per pole and there is a limit of 4 poles per person.
