Next year’s Academy Awards ceremony will be held on March 27, a month behind schedule.

The ceremony was originally scheduled for February 27th.

Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Announced Thursday news.

The Academy said in a news release that the ceremony will take place at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood’s Hollywood & Highland Center and will be broadcast live on ABC.

Eligible films must be released between March and December of this year.

“The full rules for the 94th Awards and the deadline for submission of specialties will be announced in June.” “From this year onwards, the Academy will expand the eligibility requirements for the 95th Awards.”
