Philadelphia (AP) — Actor Bill Cosby was denied parole after refusing to participate in a sex offender program in a state prison in Pennsylvania for nearly three years.
Eighty-three-year-old Cosby has long stated that he would be sentenced to 10 years in prison rather than admitting fraud and joining the program.
