Garden City, South Carolina (WBTW) —According to authorities, an accident in Garden City charged him and two others with drunk driving after being sent to the hospital.
Jordan David Swinson, 30, of Lexington, North Carolina, was charged with a felony drunk driving, causing serious injuries, novice permit violations, and drug claims.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7:53 pm Wednesday near a bar on Highway 17 Business in Garden City, 2300 blocks. Three motorcycles were involved in a collision.
According to Trooper, when Swinson hit two other motorcycles as he tried to turn right, all three motorcycles were moving south on Highway 17 Business. Swinson and his passengers were thrown out of his bicycle. Another motorcycle rider was injured.
The trooper was unable to provide the condition of the injured.
Trooper also found the drug in Swinson.
According to prison records, Swinson was previously charged in July 2021 in Holly County for not stopping due to a green light.He was also arrested twice in 2019 after he was accused Steal RVs in Holly County When North Myrtle Beach Jet Ski.
