Nurse at NH Assisted Living Facility Charged With Abusing Patient – NBC Boston – Boston, Massachusetts

A nurse at the Assisted Living facility in New Hampshire has been accused of abusing a patient.

According to the Attorney General’s Office in New Hampshire, Nancy Waller, 65, of New Boston was arrested for abusing patients at the facility, a second assault, and a simple assault.

Registered nurse Waller was accused of breaking the finger of a resident of Rose Meadow Farm in New Boston on December 23.

In addition, Waller has been accused of preventing victims from being examined by medical professionals from outside the facility.

Waller will be prosecuted in the Hillsborough County Superior Court, but has not yet been given a date.

It was not immediately clear if Waller had a lawyer.
