New York City-Mayor Bill de Blasio announced on Wednesday that he would end his business contract with President Donald Trump after a riot in the US Capitol last week.

The Trump Organization has contracts with the city that operates the two ice rinks and carousels in Central Park and the Bronx golf course.

The Trump Organization makes about $ 17 million a year from these sites, De Blasio said.

“We’re here to announce that New York City will break all contracts with the Trump organization,” Blasio said.
