At least four people were shot with BB guns in downtown and Over-the-Rhine areas early in the morning of June 3, according to Cincinnati police. Investigators have released a surveillance video showing the car approaching the victim.
Brittany Hopper, 29, and Kelsey Hopper, 28, were charged with three assaults. According to police, there was a third party in the car.
Police said they had found a spray-painted car.
“No one was fooled by this’custom’painting work,” said Cincinnati police. “The hood of the car used for the crime was spray painted, but it was still very well recognized by the general public.”
