KOIN, Oregon — A man was arrested on Friday after police said he had plundered the Portland Water Department office and threatened employees with a rake.
According to the Portland Police Department, 50-year-old Kevin Bailey used a pitchfork to break into an office on North Interstate Avenue and threatened two workers.

Police responded to the scene at around 2:45 pm. Upon their arrival, police surrounded the building, searched with the K-9 unit, and eventually found Bailey and other damage allegedly caused by him.
Police said windows broke, offices were looted, ceiling panels were damaged, and two water department trucks were destroyed. The photo shows the material of the thrown shelves and cabinets and the cracked windshield of the two trucks.

Bailey, who was taken to the hospital because police said he had an unrelated medical condition, faces several accusations.
