Ottawa police investigating deadly stabbing – Kansas City, Missouri

Kansas City, Missouri — Police in Ottawa, Kansas are investigating a fatal puncture wound.

After 3 pm on Sunday, police officers responded to 700 blocks on West 11th Street.

Upon arrival, a news release found a dead man with an obvious puncture wound, identified as 29-year-old Ottawa Dalton Presley.

The officer detained another subject who lived in the house. The person was then transferred to police for cross-examination.

Police subsequently arrested Ottawa’s Anthony Alvarado, 29. He has been detained at the Franklin County Adult Detention Center and is most likely to be murdered for the second time until a formal accusation is filed, the Franklin County law firm has filed.

In addition to the Ottawa Police Station, other agencies that assisted in the investigation include the Kansas Department of Investigation Crime Site Unit, Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, and Franklin County Emergency Medical Services.
