Virginia Beach, Virginia (WAVY) — Is your family looking for fun, autumn, outdoor activities? Look only at Cullipher Farms.

The Califer family says they might open and pick apple trees for a few days. Picking is possible from the beginning of August. The family says they are now in the pumpkin hunting season.

They say they keep a limited number of customers on the farm to keep people safe.

“If you come this way, it’s highly recommended that you bring your ticket before creating a drive and try to keep everyone healthy and safe,” said owner Jane Califer.

Her son says he saw many repeaters this year.

Jane’s son, Jeb Califer, said:

They require people to wear masks when interacting with staff, but people can take them off when exploring a 32 acre farm. Families encourage people to check their Facebook page to see when they are open and when picking is available.
