According to police, 17-year-old Justin Schilling died at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac around 10:45 am Wednesday.

Oakland County, Michigan — According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, a fourth student was killed after being shot at Oxford High School on Tuesday.

The incident happened around 12:55 pm on Tuesday. According to police, a 15-year-old sophomore fired at school. He killed four students and injured seven, including a teacher.

Along with Schilling, the following students were identified as victims of the incident: 16-year-old student Tate Myre, 14-year-old student Hana St. Juliana, and 17-year-old Madisyn Baldwin-old student.

The gun was purchased by the boy’s father just four days before the shooting on Tuesday. The suspect practiced shooting with a gun and posted pictures of the gun and the target.

According to police, he was arrested in the hallway with seven guns left.

According to the sheriff’s office, a preliminary meeting with the public prosecutor’s office was held on Wednesday morning. The suspect was charged with murder, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Justice of the peace charged the student with an attempted murder and attempted to murder so that he could continue to be detained. The decision on whether a suspect will be prosecuted as an adult may be made within the next 48 hours.
