Panama City, FL –
DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, Fla. (WMBB) – Investigators from the Walton and Holmes County Sheriff’s Offices, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and an Alabama Drug Task Force have arrested a man who allegedly had more than ‘a pound of methamphetamine, $ 23,000 and two stolen vehicles.
Investigators made the arrest while executing a search warrant Thursday at a house in Mixon Road. They also searched 10 acres of land next to the house.
“A stolen motor home in Andalucia, Alabama was on neighboring property along with a stolen Ford Mustang in Santa Rosa Beach,” deputies wrote in a press release.
Joseph Fletcher Lee, 46, has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, trafficking in stolen goods and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In addition, Lee is wanted outside Covington County, Alabama, for smuggling methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and carrying a weapon without a license.
