Panama City, FL –
PANAMA CITY, Florida WEATHER (WMBB) – The high pressure takes control of the forecast this weekend, creating beautiful weather.
On Sunday, the region will see high temperatures increase slightly, in the mid to upper 80s range. The wind flow shifts from the south to bring additional moisture, but otherwise pleasant conditions.
A more humid air mass will be apparent on Monday, giving us more chances of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and early evening.
By Tuesday afternoon, temperatures could hit the lower 90s inland, with high temperatures expected to hit the mid-90s by Friday next week.
There are various guidance patterns showing a low pressure system forming in the southern Caribbean around the start of next weekend which may have marginal impacts on the Florida Panhandle.
For now, the disturbance is expected to track southeast between the Florida Peninsula and Cuba. Better model guidance will be available by Wednesday of next week.
