Panama City, FL – PCBPD opens multiple disorderly conduct investigations

Panama City, FL –

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida (WMBB) – While the increase in tourism has been great for businesses in 2021, it has presented challenges for local law enforcement.

Panama City Beach Police are opening two separate investigations into altercations filmed and shared on social media in April.

The first incident happened on April 25 in the Long Beach Plaza neighborhood of Front Beach Road, across from Circle K. Officers are now looking for Qwashunda Sanders and Rashad Glasper, both of Wetumpka, Alabama, as part of this fight. Arrest warrants for disorderly conduct were obtained for both.

Additionally, warrants have been issued for Michael Carmoega Jr., Cody Taylor and Bryan Taylor, all of Georgia for a fight after a minor traffic accident in Thunder Beach.
