Panama City, FL – ‘The Office’ Experience makes its US debut: See inside

Panama City, FL –

CHICAGO (WGN) – Jim, Pam, Michael and the rest of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company’s “The Office” team live in streaming glory – and the new “The Office” experience.

“The Office” Experience, which opened in Chicago on Friday, takes fans of the sitcom to Dunder Mifflin. Visitors can fully immerse themselves in the largest official interactive fan experience to date.

The experience begins with a reconstruction of the business park car park.

The two-story exhibition includes 17 rooms filled with original props and costumes. On-site recreations include the exterior of Scranton Business Park, the open main office, Michael’s office, Pam’s office, Ryan’s closet, and even the annex.

There are details hidden everywhere you look, from whiteboard notes to emails left open on people’s desks. If you pick up the phone, you might hear a character’s voice talking to you.

“If you are a fan you can spend hours just in this little enclosure,” said one of the organizers of the experience.

Along the way, display cases filled with real props and costumes from the show, like Dundee trophies and a Princess Unicorn doll.

Other Instagram-worthy fun spots include Kevin’s Chili Spill, Beach Day, and a whole experience devoted to Pam and Jim’s love story – complete with a timeline of their romance and a place in Niagara Falls and the recreation of the wedding chapel.

“The Office” Experience debuts in Chicago but will tour other locations in the United States in the future.
