Panama City, FL –
PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida (WMBB) – Summer has started, and tourists and locals alike may be looking for fun activities for a “stay”.
ZooWorld in Panama City Beach has just opened new attractions featuring animals from around the world.
You will be able to discover and interact with animals from Africa, Australia and Central America.
The new exhibits allow guests to hold a baby kangaroo, get up close and pet porcupines, feed bearded dragons and more.
ZooWorld curator Erika Newell said it was amazing being able to share the animal conservation messages and stories with park guests.
“ZooWorld is a place where people can get up close and personal, one-on-one with animals so they can walk away feeling like they’ve shared that moment with this species, and learn one. a little more on the origin of this animal and also what you could do to help keep animals in the wild, ”said Newell.
She also said the new exhibits will stay beyond the summer.
