Aurora, Colorado — Members of the Aurora City Council have accused former Aurora Police Chief Vanessa Wilson’s partner of false accusations against her of her infant, and Wilson’s partner has her position in Arapahoe County. Resigned and has her arrest warrant.

Daniel Julinsky, a member of the Aurora City Council, claimed that Wilson’s partner Robin Niseta had mistakenly accused her of illegal sexual contact with her child. According to Niseta’s affidavit of arrest, the charges against Julinsky are groundless.

Niseta faces charges of retaliation against elected officials and does not report allegations of child abuse as required in her position.

Niseta, 40, resigned as a social worker and case manager in Arapahoe County on May 4, and sent the following short letter: You are both the best. “

Niseta has not been arrested as of 12:30 pm

According to the affidavit, Julinsky was a guest on the Steffen Tubbs radio show on January 27, and Chief Wilson said it was “garbage” when the issue of Aurora’s high crime rate was addressed.

The next day, after widespread coverage of comments in the local media, Julinsky received a call from the Arapahoe County Human Services Department regarding an anonymous accusation.

Julinsky told investigators that the accusation against her felt retaliation for the comments he made about Wilson on the radio show.

According to the arrest affidavit, on April 19, a complaint was filed against Julinsky alleging illegal sexual contact with the child. Reportedly, after 5 pm on January 28, 2022, an anonymous person reported that he was an employee at one of Julinsky’s restaurants, and Julinsky “want to see something interesting?” I heard you ask. After that, he was alleged to have had inappropriate sexual contact with the child. According to his arrest affidavit, the reporter said the child had begun to cry.

An anonymous person reported a few weeks ago that he saw Julinsky with his child. According to his arrest affidavit, press alleged that Julinsky pushed down his child’s diaper and showed his genitals to other staff.

According to the affidavit, the Human Services Department visited Julinsky’s home and day care, and the case ended on February 14.

“In this case, we hope that justice will be provided,” Julinsky told Denver 7 on the phone Monday. “I don’t like it. I just cry. I can’t use the system as a weapon to make false allegations against someone and their children and avoid them.”

For more information, we are planning a press conference at 3:00 pm.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
