Party worries about Senate race as Trump attacks Georgia Republicans

Like Mr. Kemp, Mr. Lafence Purger is in an unstable position. He refuses to take steps to nullify the will of voters in Georgia, but is trying to persuade Republicans to actively seek out allegations of liberal fraud.

“Some people are taking advantage of the emotions of many Trump supporters,” he said at a press conference Monday morning. “Semi-truth, false information, and frankly, they also seem to be misleading to the president.”

He also began investigating four voting groups, including the New Georgia project, where his office was founded by Stacey Abrams, Kemp’s 2018 rival in the governor’s election, and the de facto leader of Georgia. Democrats announced that they are doing. “We are working to register people from other states to vote here in Georgia,” Raffensperger said.

Former Georgian Speaker of the House and Trump supporter Newt Gingrich said dissatisfaction with Kemp and Rafenceparger was so widespread among Republican activists that two years later it was a major affair with both men. He said he expected a challenge.

“I have a very close friend who wrote to me,’I have a Republican governor and a secretary of state, and both of them are useless, so why am I still involved?’ I said, “said Gingrich. “But based on the long-term historical importance of these two seats, I think people will take fairly aggressive steps to achieve results.”

Some Republicans are trying to persuade Trump supporters to re-engage in the very system that the president despises. Agents, including Vice President Mike Pence, are already campaigning in Georgia. Other Trump allies have formed a Super PAC that broadcasts ads featuring Donald Trump Jr., a popular figure in the right-wing world, urging supporters to vote for the finals.

So far, the president himself has spent little time focusing on the race of the Senate, and instead has focused much more on his desire to recount his own losses. However, the adviser emphasized to him that the Republican Senate was important, and Mr. Pence was also traveling to Georgia on Saturday, so Mr. Trump agreed to go.
