Tucson (KVOA) — A 43-year-old man has been missing for nearly five days since he was discharged from a hospital in Pinal County on Monday.

According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office 43-year-old Kurt “JR” Holbrook Jr. was last seen on Monday Banner Iron Wood Medical Center 37000N Ganzel Road Near Combs Road in Queen Creek, Arizona.

According to the authorities, the 43-year-old is “A few years ago, he suffered from traumatic brain injury (TBI), had no short-term memory, and had slow speech. It is unlikely that he knows where he is, “he said.

According to PCSO, Holbrook was last seen wearing a blue-patterned shirt, khaki shorts and flip-flops. He also has a scar on the side of his head.
